Cosigner Information Sharing Consent

By clicking on the “Send Invitation” button, I hereby authorize Earnest LLC, Earnest Operations LLC, FinWise Bank, Navient Corporation and/or Navient Solutions, LLC and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates agents, successors, and assignees (“you”) to share my personal information associated with this loan application and (if my application is approved) my loan agreement details and transaction history (collectively, the “Loan Information”) with the person I invited to be a cosigner (the “Cosigner”). You may share the Loan Information with the Cosigner orally, in writing, and/or electronically on an ongoing basis until this loan is paid in full.

The Cosigner will have authorization to perform the following actions:

• Receive information on my client status
• View and sign the loan agreement
• Access the loan’s payment history
• Make payments on the remaining balance of the loan
• Make loan modifications binding me and the Cosigner until the loan is paid in full

The Cosigner will be required to verify their identity when speaking to your staff and prior to receiving the Loan Information. The Cosigner will also be required to create an Earnest login account, in order to have access to the Loan Information via Earnest’s website.
